We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is charged on all orders unless otherwise stated during a promotional campaign.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Shae by Shahana is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to accept the parcel, the order may be cancelled. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in future COD orders being declined.
